Plan A1 $1595

  1. Transfer from place of death within Lethbridge city limits, Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
  2. Permits for burial or cremation
  3. Grey cloth covered, flat top casket with white satin interior for burial or suitable container for cremation
  4. Use of chapel for funeral service or equipment and staff required for service at a church
  5. Ushers for funeral service
  6. Taped music for funeral service
  7. Basic stationery package that includes a memorial book & 100 black and white service folders
  8. Funeral coach to Lethbridge cemetery
  9. Two (2) copies of Funeral Director's Statement of Death

Plan A2 $1795

Same as Plan A1 but substitutes a grey cloth covered, raised top casket with white satin interior for burial.

Plan A3 $2995

  1. Transfer of deceased from place of death within Lethbridge city limits
  2. Preparation of documents to obtain permits for burial or cremation.
  3. Viewing with embalming, dressing, cosmetology, casketing, hairdressing & use of visitation room. (Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.)
  4. Rental fee for antique oak casket
  5. Cremation container
  6. Cremation service
  7. Use of chapel for funeral service or staff and equipment at a church service
  8. Ushers for funeral service
  9. Taped music for funeral service
  10. Basic stationery package with a memorial book & 100 black and white service folders
  11. Two (2) copies of Funeral Director's Statement of Death
  12. Preparation and delivery of obituary

Plan B1 $1095

  1. Transfer from place of death within Lethbridge city limits, during business hours
  2. Preparation of documents to obtain permits for burial or cremation
  3. Cremation fee or casket as provided in Plan A1
  4. Cremation container
  5. Two (2) copies of Funeral Director's Statement of Death
  6. Preparation and delivery of obituary

Plan B2 $1395

Same as Plan B1, plus
  1. Use of chapel for funeral service or equipment and staff required for service at a church
  2. Ushers for funeral service
  3. Taped music for funeral service
  4. Does not include stationery package or funeral coach

Plan C

Any deviations from plans A1, A2, A3, B1, or B2 (other than the listed additional costs) will void these plans.  Members are entitled to a 10% discount on casket, urn and professional service fees.

Note:


  • Options do not include cemetery charges, cremation fees, or urns unless specified. 
  • Transportation of remains under all Memorial Society Plans will be provided at no cost to Lethbridge cemeteries or crematorium. 
  • A $25 Memorial Society administration fee will be applied to all plans. 
  • GST shall be applied to the final invoice. 
You may wish to lock-in the costs at today's prices by prepaying any of these plans with Cornerstone Funeral Chapel. Please phone for an appointment. Prices are in effect until December 31, 2012.
