Plan A1 $1425

Picture
1. Transfer of deceased from place of death within Calgary city limits (where only one transfer personnel is required);
2. Preparation of documents to obtain permits for burial or cremation;
3. Grey cloth covered, flat top casket with white satin interior for burial as shown;
4. Suitable container when cremation is selected;
5. Use of chapel for funeral service or equipment and staff required for service at a church;
6. Ushers for funeral service;
7. Music for funeral service;
8. Basic stationery package with memorial book and service leaflets;
9. Funeral coach to Calgary or district cemetery or crematorium;
10. A tree planted at one of McInnis & Holloway's Memorial Forests
11. Funeral coach to Calgary or district cemetery or crematorium
12. Two (2) copies of Funeral Director's Statement of Death

Plan B2 $1385

Plan C

Any deviation from Plans A1, A2, A3, B1, or B2 (other than the listed optional that are available for an extra cost) will void the plans. If this happens, CCMS members are entitled to a 10% discount on casket, urn and professional service fees.

Optional additional costs for plans A1, A2, A3, B1 & B2: 

  • After hours arrangements (5 p.m. to 8 a.m.);
  • Transfer of deceased (a destination that takes more than one transfer personnel e.g. place of residence, hospice);
  • Overtime fee for ceremony on Saturday, Sunday or holidays;
  • Transportation of deceased  from outside Calgary city limits; 
  • Preparation and delivery of obituaries;
  • Obituary notice fees in newspapers;
  • Custom colour service folders, includes memorial book, acknowledgment cards and one large photo.
  • Urns;
  • Graveside service with urn;
  • Staff for prayer service at either church or chapel;
  • Limousine and driver;
  • Embalming and sanitation (plans A1, A2, B1 & B2);
  • Use of cooling facilities when no embalming takes place (after 48 hours)
  • Viewing with embalming, dressing, cosmetology & visitation room (plans A1, A2, B1 & B2);  
  • Musician honourariums;
  • Clergy honourariums;
  • Commencement service at Crematorium / witness cremation;
  • Rush cremation (when needed within 24 hours);
  • Professional pallbearers;
  • Funeral Director's Statement of Death (if more than 2 are required) 
  • Use of reception room includes hostess, coffee, tea & juice. A charge will apply to other food requests.
