Notes: Options do not include cemetery charges. i.e. Purchase of the plot, opening and closing of the grave or cremation urns.

Transportation of remains under all Memorial Society Plans will be provided to Medicine Hat cemetery or or crematorium.

You are also eligible to lock in the costs at today's prices by prepaying any of these plans with Cook Southland Funeral Chapel. Phone for an appointment.

• Transfer of deceased from place of death within 40 km of Medicine Hat city limits.
• Preparation of documents to obtain permits for burial or cremation.
• Grey cloth covered, flat top casket with white satin interior for burial.
• Suitable container when cremation is selected.
• Use of chapel for funeral service or equipment and staff required for service at a church.
• Ushers for funeral service
• Taped music for funeral service.

• Basic stationery package (memorial book & service folders).
• Funeral coach to Medicine Hat cemetery or crematorium. 
• 2.5 hours consulation time
