CCMS Board of Directors
There are 12 volunteer director seats, each for a term of three years. The Board is responsible for: meeting the objectives of the society, managing its affairs, ensuring processes are participatory, consensus-oriented, accountable, transparent, responsive, effective and efficient, equitable and inclusive, and which follow the bylaws; ensuring the co-operative is organized and operated and will carry on business on a co-operative basis and works together as a team by sharing the workload and being respectful of each other.

Directors are expected to: participate in all board meetings; notify the Chair when unable to attend meetings; maintain an oath of confidentiality, declare any conflict, perceived or real, before the Board; represent the needs of members and work to advance services to the membership.
