What is A member Profile?
Your member profile, is the information we collect by asking you a number of questions regarding your funeral preferences. In other words, it is your guidance to your next-of-kin and the funeral home after you pass away. This information will only be accessed by our Service Providers responsible for your end of life care.
The information is collected for three different purposes:
Accessing Your profile
To access your profile, you must have your own email address. It becomes your individualized identifier (like a user ID). After you login to your profile page, you will be able to see a VIEW PROFILE/EDIT PROFILE button. Click on the button and you will be directed to another page with a list of questions. Click on the edit button to edit each field.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS?
If you did not provide us with your personal email address, and you would like to access your profile, you will need to contact our Membership Manager and provide her with your email address. You can still be a member without an email address but you won't be able to add you funeral preferences information to your profile.
