New members can now sign up and pay for their membership in one smooth transaction.
Existing members were sent an invitation by email on October 25, 2018 to set up their new profile. The email address we used, is the email address you provided when you signed up. We have tried to carry forward as much detail as possible from your previous profile.

In our new system you'll be able to easily update all your information making it simple for your family and our service providers when your funeral information is needed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARTNER AND I USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS?
It is not recommended that people share email addresses to ensure the security of your personal information. However, we understand many couples still share an email address. In this case, we assign one member as the administrator for the family account (all people using the same email address). The administrator receives the emails, sets the password and can access the profiles of all members sharing the same email address.
I SHARE AN EMAIL ADDRESS. BUT I DON'T WANT MY FAMILY TO ACCESS MY MEMBERSHIP. WHAT DO I DO?
We recommend you get your own email address and add it to your profile. Your account will be accessible with only that email and associated password.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DIDN'T GIVE YOU AN EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN I JOINED?
If you did not provide us with an email address, and you would like to access your record, please contact our Membership Manager and provide her with your email address here.
I JOINED BUT DIDN'T PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP DUE TO THE TRANSITION. AM I A MEMBER?
No person is a member until their payment has been made. We have made every effort to contact people who are in this situation. If this is you, please attempt to rejoin online. If you receive a notice that says you are already a member, it means your name is in the system and we have your email address on file, but your membership is marked cancelled until payment has cleared.
