On behalf of CMS members, the CMS Board of Directors contracts, from time to time, with locally-owned and operated funeral service providers to provide services to CMS members at discounted prices.  A summary of the current contract appears below.  We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the summary;  however, in case of discrepancy between this summary and the terms of the contract, the contract takes precedence.
